Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging, with none of the included items (such as free items/gifts/accessories/components) removed or excluded in the return package.
To complete your return, we require you to furnish to us either a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will then proceed to process for your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund by the end of the refund processing timeframe, please contact your bank/credit card provider to enquire them about the unposted credit.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to have your purchased items exchange, please do note that we will only replaced your returned items with the same items.
In the case where your returned items are no longer in stock/discontinued/recalled by the manufacturers, we shall at our discretion, change your "return for exchange" request with a "return for refund" request.
